Abstract
On Wednesday, delegates from across indigenous Australia will meet at Uluru for the national convention of the Referendum Council’s First Nation Regional Dialogues. This series of dialogues was launched in Hobart in December 2016 and has travelled since to 11 other cities and regions. The purpose of the dialogues has been to find the ways in which indigenous Australians become a greater part of the national constitution, such as a treaty and constitutional recognition.
