Distributed feature selection with big sensor data

Sensor data reuse provides the means to extend situation awareness while reducing costs for small organisations. Tools for machine learning with big data currently focus on web analysis. We explore what extensions are needed to effectively analyse big sensor data through performing distributed feature selection on a large sensor data repository.
