Abstract
A participatory performance (20 mins) by Juliana Espana-Keller and Michael Hornblow, with 30+ audience members (April 15). A sound procession for the opening of Public Kitchen (a 10-day creative research workshop process), proceeding from the Tasmanian College of the Arts at Hunter Street, to a shared meal and cultural event at Brickworks Design Studio in Hobart. Exploring the politics of public space through sound, ritual cacophony, street protest and celebration.
