conference contribution
posted on 2023-05-24, 15:27 authored by Lindsay SmithLindsay Smith
Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth works to improve child and youth wellbeing in Australia through collaboration organised around its flagship initiative The Nest, an organising framework to align efforts and report outcomes that improve child and youth wellbeing in Australia. The Nest outcome reporting encourages a child-centred, holistic perspective which allows individuals and agencies to: - see where their everyday works fits in to the big picture of child and youth wellbeing - map the way their program work contributes to multiple Nest outcomes and organisational goals. - demonstrate their impact, improve their practice and continuously improve outcomes - make contributions to the evidence base for what works to improve child and youth outcomes This session will provide a foundational understanding of The Nest and how to adopt The Nest as a framework for outcome measurement both within programs and services and across sectors and departments.
