This research aims to provide the following: 1. Gather information that reflects the extent of the implementation of the eCAL program. 2. Identify factors that encourage or hinder the execution of the eCAL program. 3. Make recommendations relating to secondary school teachers‘ pedagogical practices in the integration of technology to the Ministry of Education in Trinidad and Tobago.
