The emergence of increasingly robust connectivity infrastructure and cheaper computers, school systems around the world are developing the ability to provide learning opportunities to students "anytime, anywhere". Here in South Korea, the multiculturalism has been getting an attention of media and government. Many institutions are considering the rule of multicultural family in socio-economics. As of the present, many learning institutions are considering the role of multicultural students in the class and their participation as a whole. Learning materials have the corresponding translation with the second language and learning in multi-lingual medium is a challenge. In this paper, we designed a u-learning module application for multi-cultural students in Korea to help the students study in ubiquitous environment and make their study easy because of the language support of the propose module.
