Abstract
The National Centre for Future Forest Industries was formed
in mid 2012 by a grant of $2.5 million from the Federal
Government to the University of Tasmania. Funded for three
years, the centre’s purpose is to provide a core of research
activity and capacity that supports the development of a
future for forestry in this country.
